So, I realised I haven't posted a blog in a while. The last few months have been a bit special. On a personal note, my third son, Daniel, was born 9 weeks ago. Whilst on the professional side, business has been bouncing along. We have completed several bathrooms, kitchens and refurbs over the summer months and I have posted some of these pics on my gallery page/facebook page. We have just started a really exciting project, in Letchworth Garden City. It is a property that was once two semi detached houses. There are 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 reception rooms, two stairwells, a study and a second kitchen. When we've finished there'll be a grand master suite, including dressing rooms and en suite bathroom. There'll also be a main family bathroom and 2 more ensuites. The whole house is being redecorated, plastered, skimmed and refurbed. I'll post pics as we go.
Aside from that, I have managed to recruit some more really top class, highly skilled guys. Working as a core team of tradesmen, we have a specialist plumber/electrician, builder, tiler, decorator, plasterer as well as multitraders to help the projects along. Currently have 8-12 guys a day in Letchworth, driving this project on to a fantastic pre-xmas conclusion.
