So far, 2013 has been an incredibly fast paced period. AMPHS has developed and expanded in so many ways. Unfortunately, my hands-on-tools time has reduced, but as I manage each site, and supervise each project step by step, I still get that same thrill from seeing the projects grow from design to completion.
I have so much confidence and trust in my teams, that I really feel equipped to deliver the clients' expectations, even though I have had to surrender some control to those actually manning the tools now.
Those who know me well, will understand how I hate surrendering control! :)
Thankfully, I now have much more time, to be able to communicate with my clients, driving each project forward. Ensuring all works meet my own high standards, and above all else, making sure all my clients are satisfied.
All in all, 2013 has started in a really exciting manner....I can't wait to see whats coming next!
